Daughter of fitness expert, Deanne Panday & cousin of SOTY 2 debutante Ananya Panday, Model Alanna Panday, has decided not to stay silent anymore and speak up against cyber bullying.
In an Instagram post, Alanna revealed that a female once left a comment on her picture in a bikini saying “she deserves to be gang raped.” The lady also tagged the model’s parents to make sure they see it too.
The 24 year old internet celebrity was totally taken aback and didn’t know how to react to it! She decided to block the bully and delete her comment. While doing so she went to her profile and saw the female was married and had a daughter a little younger than her. She couldn’t believe having a child of her own, how could someone wish that upon someone else’s child.
This became an everyday story for her until now when she decided to break her silence.
She took the internet by storm by sharing a few hate comments on her bikini pictures.
Quoting words from her Instagram note,
“This happened months ago, I wish I had spoken about it sooner, but waking up and reading things like this just became normal to me-it’s an everyday part of my life. Here’s 1% of what I have to wake up and read everyday.”
She also shared a screenshot of a woman’s Instagram comment & profile and captioned it, “Educated women in our country still talk/think like this. According to her bio she’s either a doctor or a nurse.”
Her mother Deanne also added to her post in the comments section. She wrote, “This is the same person who sent me messages saying I am bringing up my daughter in the wrong way and I should be ashamed .. that you are influenced by Bollywood so that’s why you wear less clothes.She also said you have no assets .. so you wear these clothes for attention.She said a lot more as it’s all on your previous Instagram post .. her nasty comments.”
In no time, prominent celebrities came in support of Alanna and praised her for taking a stand and calling out such people for their ridiculous comments!

I think Alanna and her family is doing good aise logo ko koi sharam nhi hai naa hi apne Izzat ki parawah hai jo lady ki khud 1 beti hai vo aisa bolne wali hoti kon hai… Agr vo 1 women ho k rape ki baat krti hai to phele usski ho tb usse pata chale rape 1 word nhi kisi ki life narak bana dene wali chiz hai… Or Alanna ho ya koi bhi women uski life hai vo jo chahe banne ye usska decision hai hme se koi nhi hota ye suggested krne wala ki vo kya pehne or kya banne… Jis women ne aisa comment kiya hai no doubt vo 1 aise aurat hogi jo pal pal apne beti k wishes ko mar k apne tarike se robot k tarah rakhe gi… Mujhe to uski beti p taras aata hai ki vo 1 aise lady ki beti hai ? stay strong @ALANNAPANDEY

Its not fair to comment on one’s life style, if the person is ok with that, her family is ok with that,
Why thr hell people give there advices even that’s not needed.people should upgrade their thinking.

This is such a shameful act and after being a women…how can someone even think of such things when you have a daughter too..And it is not about having a daughter, this shows their mentality..People out their have no rights to comment such things….This is RIDICULOUS !
