Rumours of the duo getting engaged/married keep resurfacing every now and then. Recently, while talking to Filmfare, the Coolie No. 1 actor had said that 2021 just MIGHT be the year to seal the deal officially!
But the latest report by Pinkvilla seems to suggest that the lovebirds will get hitched in January 2021 itself. A source told the portal that Varun has locked down Alibaug as the wedding destination and even booked a 5-star hotel for the nuptials!
“It’s going to be a big, fat Punjabi wedding but with a restricted guest list, thanks to COVID-19. A list of 200 people has been finalised by the Dhawan’s’ for the wedding in Alibaug.”
We hope the report is true this time. Talking about the couple, Varun-Natasha are longtime sweethearts who have known each other since childhood.
Varun had shared with Filmfare – “She and I went to school together. So, she knows my parents since ages. She’s been attending functions with my parents before also but it wasn’t photographed then. She’s my rock, she’s my anchor. She’s the stabilising factor in my life. It’s pretty much like family.”
