From ‘Adipurush’ to Madhu Mantena’s ‘Ramayana 3D’ – the Ramayana epic still continues to be a hot favourite of filmmakers.
Recently, another version was announced – this time from the perspective of Sita.
‘Sita – The Incarnation’ movie will be directed by Alaukik Desai and is being penned by Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad.
As per latest reports, it was being said that Kareena Kapoor Khan has been approached for Sita’s role and has reportedly charged 12 crores. Netizens then started the ‘Boycott Kareena Kapoor Khan‘ trend on Twitter.
However, as per Spotboye report, looks like all this uproar is over nothing but speculation since the film’s writer K Vijayendra Prasad has DENIED that Kareena was ever approached for the part!
