And as per the latest Music Business Worldwide report, it has been revealed that Badshah was ‘2020’s Top Song Writer On Youtube’! How exciting!
His groovy ‘Genda Phool’ track (ft Jacqueline Fernandez) was a massive hit with a whopping 831 million views on Youtube. The rapper also went back to his hip-hop roots with his deeply personal and emotional album ‘The Power Of Dreams Of A Kid’!
The 8-track album was released on his official YouTube channel which boasts of a 2.02 million following.
This year, he again reunited with Jacqueline Fernandez for the ‘Paani Paani’ song, which also featured singer Aastha Gill. Within a month of its release, the sizzling track has already reached over 245 million+ views on YouTube and is currently reigning supreme on Instagram reels.
Moreover, ‘Paani Paani’ has also entered two mainstream Billboard Global Charts; it is at #87 position on Billboard Global Exclusive U.S and featured among the Billboard Global 200!
