Where It All Began…
According to media reports, Rahul had once revealed that they were introduced by their common friends and instantly bonded well.
While talking to a daily, the ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Payaara’ actress revealed, “I liked a song by him and commented ‘Loved it’ on the post.” To which, Rahul laughingly added, “I thought itni sundar ladki hai toh mauka kaise chhod dete. I messaged her, we started chatting and soon exchanged numbers. We hung out for the first time in Delhi while shooting for my single, Yaad Teri, in November 2018.”
Released in 2019, the single featured Rahul as a heartbroken lover. Meanwhile, the love birds were recently seen together in the music video ‘Madhanya’.
Spotted Together:
After ‘Yaad Teri’ released, their dating rumours started doing rounds. The duo was often spotted attending several parties and events together.
The Grand Proposal:
Before entering the reality show, he had told the media that they were “just good friends.” He was inside the BB house when he realized his feeling for Disha as he started missing her care and immense support towards her.
Then, on her 26th birthday, Rahul wore a white t-shirt that had ‘Marry Me’ written on the back with lipstick. He went down on his knees, took out a ring, and proposed his lady love on national television by calling her ‘the most beautiful girl’ he has ever met.
She Said ‘Yes’!!!
On Valentine’s Day, during the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode of Bogg Boss 14, Disha entered the house and accepted Rahul’s proposal, saying- “Yes, I will marry you.”

The #DisHul wedding preparations have already begun. The couple is all set to tie the knot on July 16 in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai.
