Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh and wife Geeta Basra recently welcomed their 2nd child – a baby boy!
The couple also has a daughter, Hinaya, who was born in July 2016.
Along with this happiness, there’s another piece of good news. Harbhajan will soon be making his debut in a multilingual film titled ‘Friendship’! Harbhajan has made cameo appearances in movies like ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ and ‘Bhaji in Problem’, this is the first time he’ll be having a full-fledged role.
As per News 18 report, he’s wrapped up the shooting and will start dubbing soon. ‘Friendship’ will be releasing in Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi and Telugu. Directed by John Paul Raj and Sham Surya, the movie also stars South star Arjun Sarja and Losliya Mariyanesan.
Harbhajan will be playing a mechanical engineering student who, along with his 1st-year fellows, manages to escape ragging by seniors.
“The film has some great action sequences and is packed with entertainment while the audiences also get treated to Harbhajan Singh, one of biggest names in sports who now also marks his name in the field of entertainment. We certainly cannot wait to take everyone through this journey of ‘Friendship’,” said Producer Kiran Reddy Mandadi.
