Rajkummar Rao & Bhumi Pednekar are all set to create magic on big screens with their upcoming movie ‘Badhaai Do’.
The family entertainer is a sequel to Ayushmann Khurrana’s 2018 blockbuster film ‘Badhaai Ho’.
Directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, the sequel also features Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chadha, Shashi Bhushan & more in pivotal roles.
In this film, Rajkummar reportedly plays the role of a policeman named Shardul Thakur, whereas Bhumi essays the character of a PT (Physical Education) teacher, Suman Singh aka Sumi.
Today, the makers – Junglee Pictures – have finally revealed the release date of this highly-anticipated film.
Badhaai Do Release Date:
The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on Republic Day weekend, 2022.
