Speculation surrounding Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif’s December 9 wedding can finally end now.
It has indeed been confirmed as evidenced by the viral letter from Sawai Madhopur’s district collector about maintaining law and order at the high-profile wedding.
The wedding venue is Six Senses Fort Barwara. The couple will be registering their court marriage soon before jetting off to Rajasthan.
VicKat are taking all sorts of measures to avoid being papped and reportedly will be arriving at the venue through helicopter. From giving secret codes to wedding guests to having them sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement), they’re going all out to maintain privacy. Mobile-ban is in place and any drones caught near the property to take pictures will be shot down!
A source told TOI – “The guests will be given a secret code for entry. They will not be allowed to carry their mobile phones after a certain point, so that no pictures or videos are leaked. Drivers ferrying the guests from Sawai Madhopur and Jaipur will be given basic phones and not smartphones, so that they don’t click pictures of the guests.”
Curious as to why the need for so much secrecy? Coz Like Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas… even VicKat are allegedly selling their wedding pictures rights to a leading international magazine’s Indian edition. A HUGE amount is being finalized allegedly.
Katrina is allegedly wearing a Sabyasachi ensemble for the wedding. The sangeet ceremony will happen on December 7 followed by mehendi on December 8. The wedding ceremony comes on December 9 and a lavish reception in Mumbai on December 10!
