In November 2021, Poonam Pandey was hospitalised after her husband Sam Bombay allegedly assaulted her.
Not too long after that Sam was arrested by the Mumbai Police after Poonam sustained serious injuries to her head, eyes and face.
However, this was not the first time an assault case was lodged against him by Poonam. Mere days after their marriage in September 2020, Poonam had filed a complaint against Bombay for physical assault, and he was charged under Sections 323, 354, 504, and 506(ii) of the IPC. Now, news of them allegedly separating are doing rounds on the internet after Poonam was recently spotted outside looking happy and healthy.
In an interview Pandey mentioned she does not plan on dating or getting acquainted with a man anytime soon. She says, “I am doing pretty well. I don’t want to talk much about Sam Bombay at the moment as I am currently on a healing process. I am going to a therapist.”
“(As for dating) No, absolutely big no. Five years from now maybe but at the moment, I am definitely not thinking on those lines anymore,” Poonam said.
It looks like Poonam has certainly put an end to her relationship and marriage with Sam Bombay. As for the latter, we haven’t heard much post his arrest and neither has Bombay made any official statements regarding their separation.
