Global sensation Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Hollywood’s superstar Anthony Mackie have joined forces for an upcoming action thriller movie.
Picked up by Amazon Studios, this will also be Priyanka’s first-look deal with the company.
The film is said to be about a hit-woman who is on the verge of leaving the assassin life behind. However, this also means she would have to end her private relationship with her fellow hit-man. Gradually, she begins to realise that she still wanted to be with him. Amidst their breakup, they join hands for one last mission together.
Priyanka was previously seen in The Matrix Resurrections, where she played the role of Sati. She will next be seen in the Hollywood film Text For You and the Amazon series Citadel. As per a report, the actress recently signed up for an adaptation of Shilpi Somaya Gowda’s novel The Secret Daughter, in which she will co-star with Sienna Miller with Anthony Chen directing.
As for Anthony Mackie, he is currently also working on his directorial debut titled Spark, starring King Richard actor Saniyya Sidney.
