As per reports, Vivaah girl, Amrita Rao was supposedly approached first for this superhero film. The actress had once revealed the reason behind why she lost out on the part.
Back in 2006, while talking about it to a daily, Amrita had stated –
“Hrithik and me did a photoshoot and unfortunately the chemistry was missing as I was looking too young for him. I don’t have any hard feelings about losing Krrish because I strongly believe destiny leads each individual in life.”
Krrish was released on June 23, 2006, and had broken box office records.
Last year, as the superhero flick clocked 15 years, Hrithik had announced the much-awaited fourth installment of the blockbuster franchise.
