Now, we hear that the actress has signed a biopic movie.
If this Pinkvilla report is to be believed, Jacqueline will be seen in the biopic of late Bollywood actress Priya Rajvansh and filmmaker Chetan Anand. Jacqueline has come on board to reprise Priya’s role in this movie.
Directed by Pradeep Sarkar, the yet-to-be-titled biopic is produced by Deepak Mukut.
“Jacqueline Fernandez will be playing the character of Priya Rajvansh and she is damn excited to slip into this real life character. It would be the first biopic of her career and she has been extensively doing all the workshops to slip into the world that Pradeep Sarkar is trying to create.”

As the report further suggests, the movie will chronicle the glamorous world of Hindi cinema between 1921 – early 2000s. From Chetan’s journey, his bond with his brother Dev Anand to becoming a global face for Indian cinema, his love affair with Priya Rajvansh, her mysterious death in the early 2000s and the controversy around it… the movie is expected to highlight them all.
“The story has multiple shades – from cinema to romance to some mystery. Everyone around is excited to take the film on floors in the month of August,” the source added.
While the prep work has already begun, the makers are yet to find an actor to play Chetan Anand.
