Baiju Bawra is another one of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming projects that continues to hit the headlines.
There will be two heroines in the cast; while Alia Bhatt is allegedly roped in as the 1st female lead, Kiara Advani has been considered for the 2nd heroine reportedly.
A Peeping Moon report says Kiara has been approached but is yet to sign the dotted line!
Talking about the male leads – Bhansali allegedly wants both Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor. For the unversed, RK-SLB reportedly had a fallout during Saawariya post which they never worked together.
“Baiju Bawra is a two-hero film, and Bhansali wants Ranbir Kapoor to play the parallel lead alongside Ranveer Singh. The director recently discussed this film with Ranbir, and he is hopeful that the Brahmastra actor will come on board. Bhansali’s new favourite and Ranbir’s wife, Alia Bhatt, has been the icebreaker between the two.
Ranbir, however, hasn’t given his nod yet and the ball is completely in his court whether he rejects the offer or agrees to be a part of this massive revenge saga, burying the past hatchet,” a source told the portal.
