Recently, it was rumoured that tennis queen Sania Mirza was divorcing her Pakistani cricketer husband Shoaib Malik.
Apparently, Shoaib’s closeness with Pakistani model Ayesha Omar had caused a rift in their marriage. But looks like the divorce rumours were allegedly a PR stunt!
Because the couple will soon be headlining a reality show called The Mirza Malik Show on the OTT platform UrduFlix. Needless to say, the public wasn’t very amused with the announcement.
“If rumours of divorce was a publicity stunt for mirza malik show.. its completely horrible and pathetic.. emotional people like us get sad thinking oh my god how Sania would heartbroken… Its weird u people play with audience emotions” a user wrote, expressing their outrage.
“Maybe the show was shot before their marriage problems. Will it still go ahead? They have not shared anything on their socials,” another netizen commented.
However, others speculated that maybe the show was shot before the duo was headed for a separation. There is no confirmation from either Sania or Shoaib about the rumoured split.
