Apart from the grandeur of his films, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is also known for his mesmerizing music composition.
The maestro has joined hands with Saregama to announce his 1st NON-FILM music album – ‘Sukoon’! It will be available on all streaming apps from 7 Dec 2022.
Sukoon (Peace) will have 9 tracks sung by artists like Rashid Khan, Shreya Ghoshal, Armaan Malik, Papon, Pratibha Baghel, Shail Hada, and Madhubanti Bagchi.
The tracklist reads – Ghalib Hona Hai, Tujhe Bhi Chand, Dard Pattharon Ko, Qaraar, Gham Na Hone, Siva Tere (Female), Siva Tere (Male), Har Ek Baat, Muskurahat (Reprise).
“Two years in the making amidst the difficult times of covid, I found peace, quiet, and love while creating “SUKOON”. I hope you find the same while listening,” SLB said.
For the unversed, Bhansali had previously composed music for his films like Guzaarish, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Gangubai Kathiawadi.
He is also working on another one of his passion projects – the Netflix period drama series Heeramandi.
