Check Out Neeyat Opening Box Office Collection Report –
Directed by Anu Menon, this mystery thriller has an ensemble cast of Vidya Balan, Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, Dipannita Sharma, Shashank Arora, Shahana Goswami, Neeraj Kabi and Amrita Puri.
As per reports, Neeyat opened with a 1 crore figure on Day 1. It remains to be seen if the mystery film picks up its pace over the weekend.
Neeyat was strongly reminiscent of Knives Out 2 apparently in the 1st half. Set in the lush highlands of Scotland, the thriller revolves around the murder mystery surrounding rich tycoon Ashish Kapoor’s (Ram) death. CBI officer Mira Rao (Vidya) investigates the party suspects – all of whom have a credible motive to kill him.
Currently, Neeyat is running in theatres alongside Kartik-Kiara’s Satya Prem Ki Katha. Stiff competition is arriving soon – in the form of Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, which hits the cinemas this coming Wednesday, 12 July.
