Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone made our hearts skip a beat with their magical chemistry at the Jawan movie success event!
DP did a powerful cameo in the high-octane action-thriller. She played the wife of Vikram Rathore (elder SRK).

Deepika Padukone left her fans enthralled with her special appearance in Jawan, and her chemistry with Shah Rukh Khan once again proved the duo can create magic on screen whenever they are together.
After receiving all the love for her cameo in the film, Deepika was seen talking about how she landed up doing Aishwarya’s role in Jawan. SRK jokingly revealed how she was fooled by himself and the maker of the film by calling it just a cameo.
The actress revealed that she said yes to the film immediately and didn’t even want to hear the entire narration.
“They were narrating, and I was like, do not waste energy; I will do it. When we work together, lots of love comes on screen”.
– the actress stated.
Deepika was called a lucky mascot for SRK as her charm works in every film, to which the actress replied –
“Lucky charm is a throwaway term; we have immense love, respect, and trust in one another. If I am on a set and there is some issue, he will be the first to come to me. As an actor and human being, I love respect”.
The event was also ignited by a live performance to ‘Chalya’ by Shah Rukh Khan – he was joined by Deepika Padukone and together, they danced to the tunes together.
From Om Shanti Om to Chennai Express to Pathaan to now Jawan, Deepika and SRK’s magical chemistry has always won over audiences. It’s difficult to take off eyes from them when they are together on screen.
Even eight days after its release, Jawan has refused to slow down at the box office. The film continues to earn in double digits and is now inching close to Rs 400-crore mark in the Hindi belt.
