A recent development in the ongoing Elvish Yadav case involving accusations of cobra venom use at a rave party has shed light on the potential presence of dangerous substances.
Forensic analysis of samples from the party revealed the presence of cobra and krait venom, according to police officials.

Yadav, a popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner, has been embroiled in legal trouble since November 2023 when a rave party he attended in Noida was raided under suspicion of guests using snake venom as an intoxicant. He not only faces accusations of attending the party but also of involvement in supplying and using the venom. During questioning, Yadav implicated Bollywood singer Fazilpuria, claiming the snakes featured in one of his videos were arranged by him.
The investigation began with the arrest of five individuals for snake smuggling last year by the NGO People for Animals (PFA). These individuals confessed to providing snakes for Yadav’s party, leading to the rescue of nine snakes (including five cobras) and the recovery of suspected snake venom from the venue.
Yadav, who rose to fame through YouTube and reality TV, maintains his innocence. Police have questioned him twice regarding his alleged involvement in snake venom sales based on statements from an arrested supplier. The accused individuals claim to have supplied venom at parties organized by Yadav.
As per reports, while no drugs were found at the scene, the presence of venom raises concerns and paves the way for further legal action. Samples from the party were sent to a forensic lab in Jaipur, ultimately leading to an FIR being filed against Yadav at the Noida police station.
While the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1985 governs drug use, it doesn’t apply in this case due to the absence of traditional drugs. Yadav maintains the accusations are baseless and has pledged cooperation with the investigation.
This new development marks a significant step forward in the case, raising questions about the potential consequences for those involved. As the investigation progresses, it remains to be seen what charges Yadav might face and whether others will be implicated.
