In a historic first, the founder and chairman of the Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (popularly known as the Glamanand Group), Nikhil Anand has been appointed the new franchise holder for Miss Universe competition in India. This means the Indian representative to the 2024 Miss Universe competition will be selected by the Glamanand Group under the management of Nikhil Anand. This historic news was shared by the New Delhi-based gentleman himself on his social media on February 21, 2024.
About Nikhil Anand:
Nikhil Anand is one of the most popular and influential personalities in the Indian pageant industry and one of the most well-established entrepreneurs of Indian origin. He is the owner of one of the three major beauty pageants in India, the Glamanand Supermodel India. Alongside that he also owns 2 of the biggest teen pageants in India including Miss Teen India and Miss Teen Diva and 2 prominent international pageants named Miss Teen International and Miss Multinational. He is the owner of the maximum number of beauty pageants in India and also wears the crown of being the youngest international pageant owner in the world.
Basically from the East Indian state of Bihar, Nikhil moved to the national capital city of New Delhi in the early 2010s to pursue his higher education in engineering. He established Glamanand Group in the year 2013 and today, it is amongst the leading pageant organizations in India.
