Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan recently expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing two high-end properties in Andheri, Mumbai.
This strategic investment reflects his growing success in the film industry. As per reports, Kartik Aaryan has purchased two properties in Andheri, Mumbai, with the help of producer Anand Pandit.
The report states that Pandit has been helping Aaryan find a residential apartment and a commercial space of over 2,000 square feet. A source said, “For a week, Pandit has been helping Kartik shop in Andheri for two properties—a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space of over 2,000 square feet.”
Kartik Aaryan has established a significant real estate portfolio, reflecting his success in the film industry. He owns multiple properties in Mumbai, including two luxurious apartments in Juhu, each valued at over Rs 17.5 crores. One of these apartments is currently rented out for Rs 4.5 lakh per month. Additionally, he owns a 2,000-square-foot office space in Veera Desai, a popular location for celebrities, which is also rented out. Notably, Kartik also owns an apartment in Versova, holding sentimental value as it is located in the neighborhood where he lived during his early career.
The year 2024 has been pivotal for Kartik Aaryan. Two major commercial releases—Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Chandu Champion—significantly boosted his net worth. These successes have allowed him to diversify his assets and strengthen his foothold in Mumbai’s premium real estate sector.
Speaking of the professional front, Kartik has an exciting line-up, including a film backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Production, titled Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri.
