Shahrukh Khan is moving out of his current residence Mannat as it will be going under renovation.
He will enter his temporary residence in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, it is nearly half the size of his iconic Mannat bungalow in Bandra.

Shahrukh Khan has rented two duplexes in Puja Casa buidling for the time being. As per property registration documents, the first duplex is rented at ₹11.54 lakh per month, with a security deposit of ₹32.97 lakh. Meanwhile, the second duplex has a monthly rent of ₹12.61 lakh, accompanied by a security deposit of ₹36 lakh. So in all he will pay 24.15 lakh rent with a security deposit of 68.97 lakh.
According to reports, he has leased two duplex apartments spanning 10,500 sq. ft., which will be his home while his 27,000 sq. ft. bungalow undergoes renovation and repairs
Located in the prestigious Bandstand area of Bandra, Mannat was acquired by Shahrukh Khan in 2001 for ₹13.01 crore. As per a report by HT.com, the iconic property is now valued at approximately ₹200 crore.

As per property registration documents, Shahrukh Khan has leased two duplex apartments from the Bhagnani family. The first duplex is rented from actor Jackky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh, while the second duplex has been leased from film producer Vashu Bhagnani.
The lease for both apartments is for 36 months, beginning April 1, 2025, with a one-year lock-in period, and is located just 3 km from Mannat.
Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar’s bungalow, currently under redevelopment, is situated directly opposite Shahrukh Khan’s newly rented apartments. Nearby landmarks also include the iconic Kapoor family bungalow and actor Sanjay Dutt’s residence.
