Ajay Devgn had recently made a lavish property investment in Juhu, Mumbai.
Devgn has bought a 590 sq yards bungalow close to his existing residence ‘Shivshakti’.
Though the deal happened in November last year, the property was registered under the joint name of Ajay Devgn’s mother Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal ( Ajay) on May 7, 2021.
The residence was apparently priced at Rs 65 – 70 Crore but the actor got a fair Rs 60 Crore steal. As per a Bollywood Hungama report, Ajay has taken a Rs 18.75 Crore loan for this property.
While the loan was taken this year on the 27th of April, the bungalow was purchased on December 29, 2020. The property size is 474.4 sq.m and has a constructed area of around 6,500 sq ft carpet.
Ajay and his wife, Kajol, had reportedly been looking for a new house for the past year. The couple, along with their kids Nysa and Yug, currently reside in their Shivshakti bungalow in Juhu.
